Rackline is seasonal tire storage for businesses of all sizes — independents, dealers, dealership service, fleets, multi-bay shops, dedicated changeover operations. Practical bay software, not fleet telematics. The public site is at www.racklineapp.com. Shop questions and privacy requests go to sales@racklineapp.com only.

Inventory, photos, map cells, and team rows are scoped to a shop account (org id and shop id). Shops do not see each other’s sets. We do not sell personal data.

Real shops sign in with a username and password. Admin can open billing, team, and setup. Techs work the floor — intake, photos, lookup, swap, and print — and do not get billing, team, or setup. A tech joins an existing shop with name, email, password, and the Admin join code (or Admin creates the login on desktop Team). Anyone signed in can open Shop → Delete my account to permanently remove that login.

Try demo on the website opens a sample shop for this browser session only. It is not saved and is never mixed into a real shop’s store.

The production website is HTTPS (racklineapp.com). Signed-in shops keep a device cache. Shop data stays scoped to that shop. Try demo never leaves this browser session.

A shop types customer and vehicle fields it needs to store a set (name, optional plate, phone, email, tire details, location, retail dollars) plus model and DOT photos the shop takes. Contact-form messages on the website go to sales@racklineapp.com.

We do not run advertising SDKs and we do not sell lists.

Tire photos may be read by an AI service to extract tire details (brand, model, size, and the DOT date code). If that service is not set up, the shop types those details by hand.

Free is a Rackline web account with a 10 active-set cap. Paid web plans are Plus (250) and Premium (2,000) on the same shop account.

Billed monthly. Cancel anytime, takes effect at the end of your billing month. Only the account owner who signed up can cancel. Change or downgrade to Free in Shop → billing. No proration, no refund for the rest of the current month, no exit fee.

After you create an account, Shop → Delete my account permanently removes that username, profile (email, phone, shop fields), and password hash from the cloud user list and this device. Type your password and DELETE to confirm. You are signed out. Shop floor data stays with the shop if other people still have access. Admin can also remove another Tech or Admin from desktop Team.

The public page /delete-account is in English and French. It explains that in-app path and has a request form if you cannot use the app. The form does not delete the login by itself.
