Tire storage software in Canada
Canada-first, in English, priced in CAD
Rackline is Canada-first tire storage software for tire shops and dealerships. The public site and the product are in English. Prices on the pricing page are in Canadian dollars before tax. Plus is $24.99 CAD per month. Premium is $49.99 CAD per month. Square charges those amounts plus tax. The operator is 1984777 Ontario Inc., Ontario, Canada. Toll-free support, including shops in Canada, is 1-866-414-8119.
The floor tool is any phone browser (add it to your home screen). The office is the web, with the same login. A shop in any province uses that same product: intake, photos, the bay map, labels on Plus and Premium, storage receipts, and changeover emails. There is no separate Canadian feature list hiding behind the phone number.
Seasonal sets, containers, and the label stock
Canadian changeover is a lot of sets in a short week. The map is there so a container or a wall rack shows its tires-per-bay capacity before another vehicle is squeezed in. The default is 4 tires per bay. A shop that stacks differently can set the capacity up to 24. A mismatched set — common when a customer replaced only two tires — stays one set, with each tire’s make, model, size, DOT, and tread written on it.
Labels are DK-1202, 62 × 100 mm, on a Brother QL-810W. If a QL-810W listing is unavailable, QL-810WC is the Canada fallback. The printer is bought separately and has to share Wi-Fi with the device that prints. The storage receipt is a Yes or No at intake, emailed when the customer address is valid, and never required in order to save the set.
Plans a Canadian shop can start on
Free is 10 active sets on the phone, which is enough to prove intake and pickup before the office moves to the web. Plus adds 250 active sets, 5 office seats, the web manager, and label printing at $24.99 CAD per month. Premium adds 2,000 active sets and 12 office seats at $49.99 CAD per month. Released sets do not count. Customer emails and CSV export are on every plan. Sign up on the site, confirm the email, and choose the plan after you sign in.
What the shop records
A tech checks a set in on a phone, in the browser. The same shop login opens the web office, and the phone and the web share the shop’s cloud data. Intake records the customer, the vehicle, the tire details, and the tread depth the tech enters. Condition photos stay with the set as a record of what came in. The shop can import an existing list from CSV, Excel, or Google Sheets, and every plan can export CSV.
When the tires on one vehicle do not match, turn Mismatched set on. Off keeps one make, model, size, DOT, and tread for the whole set. On records each tire on this set — you do not enter them as different sets. Each tire can have its own make, model, size, DOT date code, and tread depth, while the vehicle still has one set, one bay, one label, and one pickup.
The bay map is the shop’s layout of shipping containers and wall racks, with numbered bays. Tires-per-bay capacity is stored on that map. The default is 4 tires, and the shop can set the capacity from 1 up to 24. The bay line shows how many tires are in the bay against that capacity, including a full bay and an older stack that sits over the cap. Intake will not add a set that would push the bay past its tire count.
Plus and Premium include label printing in the app. Labels print on a Brother QL-810W using DK-1202 stock, 2.4 inches by 3.9 inches (62 × 100 mm). Brother Genuine DK-1202 or compatible DK-1202 both work. The printer and the labels are sold separately. No plan includes a physical printer. The QL-810W can print from a phone or a desktop when the printer is on the same Wi-Fi as the device doing the print. The label carries the bay number for the floor and a QR code for pickup.
At intake the shop answers Yes or No to Send storage receipt and can type a customer email. Yes, with a valid email, emails a storage receipt when the set is saved. If the address is missing, the set can still be saved. No skips the receipt. Save works if you skip the email. Later, office staff can add or fix the customer email on the set and send the storage receipt from the web.
Public prices match the pricing page and are in Canadian dollars before tax. Plus is $24.99 CAD per month: 250 active sets, 5 office seats, the web manager, and label printing. Premium is $49.99 CAD per month: 2,000 active sets, 12 office seats, and the same web manager and label printing. Free is 10 active sets, phone only, with no web manager and no label printing. Released sets do not count toward the active-set cap. Tech upload and photos do not use a paid seat. Swap and pickup can start from a label scan or a lookup, and the set keeps a who-changed-what history. Customer emails, including changeover emails, are on every plan. The toll-free number is 1-866-414-8119. Rackline is operated by 1984777 Ontario Inc., Ontario, Canada.
